Ive been a participant in market research with these guys and they do a pretty good job. They pay well and are organized. Most of the facilitators are very good. Everything is done in a timely, efficient manor. I hope to continue to work with them.
I commented on one of their social media posts that 35 'screening' questions is excessive and as a result I got my commenting rights blocked on their pages. Latest study has 45 screening questions!!! While all other focus groups companies that I know require 12 at most. Despicable
Horrible company make sure you have a lawyer on hand when working for these people make sure you know Ontario labour laws inside out!! Only work here if you have a plan to get out or you're desperate but trust me avoid this bias company. You're constantly micromanage or made to look like a fool or your opinions or ideas are not good enough. Just start a business avoid this dump
Great atmosphere. Very professional with people. It's worth going again since I've been on 2 focus groups. I would recommend research house to anyone
