My wife and I did our homework and Toronto Consumers Carpet has the best priced quality hardwood in Canada. They will work with you to help you find the best hardwood for your budget. Without the help of Mike our dream of hardwood floors would not have become a reality. Now the floors match the beauty of our house. I highly recommend them (if 6 stars were possible I would give 6)

We had an amazing experience with Mike from Consumers Carpet. When everyone else was sold out of the product we were looking for Mike sourced it out for us. When we were given an availability date that would have put our project on hold he personally contacted the wholesaler and arranged for us to pick it up early. Great experience from start to finish.
Mike is super helpful and very very patient. We had a tough time deciding between two lovely flooring options and he helped us in every way possible to make the decision. There is never any upselling or pushing to purchase. Great selection of hardwood, engineered hardwood, vinyl and carpeting. Competitive pricing. We did our whole house with engineered hardwood and vinyl from Mike. Would for sure recommend him to others. Love our floors.
Worst service and a huge scam! BEWARE!! Went in on a saturday, sales rep gave me pricing on hardwood and said they had large quantities and I could take it with me at that moment. Went back on the monday, the owner gave me a different price (higher). Claimed they did not have the hardwood in stock but they had a more expensive one only I would have to pick it up at the warehouse or I would be charged an extra 80 to have it delivered to the store \whenever\. I went to pick it up at the warehouse brought it home and found that it wasn't even the same flooring as in the showroom. Completely different. He had zero customer service skills and didn't even care if I bought the flooring. This was the most stressful experience imaginable taking over 1 hour to resolve then an additional 2 hours to get the flooring and bring it home. Never ever again. Pay the higher price and get proper service and quality.
We bought vinyl strip flooring here in January. They have a great selection of floors and carpets. Very helpful, friendly people and great prices! I highly recommend this store. Thanks Mike!!! Just recently we again bought more strip flooring from them and got a good deal.
