No help for us ticos in the middle of the pandemic,they expected us to travel to Toronto when we have travel restrictions in Alberta so everything is the same no alternative solutions from there end, this is a very specific situation where ALL institutions need to find other solutions because everithing is changing, they did close there office like it states in the web page, why not to find other ways of dealing with the ticos needs as well, the customers it's not like its a free service. (That is why for us it was just easier to go to Costa Rica and have thing done there its the same price in flight anyway ) but now we CAN'T travel it feels very sad not to be helped when you really need it, our hands are tide and who nows until when,so very disappointing

Unprofessional people. They released personal and private information to the public on request. In Canada that is illegal. Here they do not respect that. Also, petulant staff, they purposely lost my photos and passport applications when I expressed my displeasure at that release of private information. Thankfully I won't ever have to deal with any of the staff from Toronto and Montreal office ever again.
