Great butcher. Knew exactly what I wanted with an unusual request for a boned and butterflied leg of lamb. And even went out of his way to get me some string to tie the meat up with after I explained what i was going to be doing with the meat. Top quality meat. Highly recommended my new go too guys in Toronto.
