This is absolutely the worst place go anywhere else when i told the doctor that in my previous exam 3 years ago at another clinic they had found a small anomaly he actually rolled his eyes at me. Then after looking at my eyes for about 30 seconds in their laughably outdated machine he said there was nothing there. Still confused about what it is i paid for. go to a proper clinic with real doctor that above all has proper equipment. My previous eye exam took about an hour and after checking eyes they photograph your eyes from every direction with proper up to date equipment this doctor is not only rude and condescending he has absolutely no business having any kind of practice. Has any one even checked if he’s actually licensed - at least from this century? Scary and slightly humiliating experience and still have to pay to go to see a proper doctor.

I booked an appointment here because my father had an issue with his glasses. We went in together and was welcomed from Kate. She was there to save the day . . . the customer service was beyond. Our problems were solved. I would recommend anyone to go here for thensuperior customer service and quality of glasses.. Thanks again Kate for the amazing warm welcome to City Optical.

I just finished my eye exam today , and I regret booking appointment at this place . The eye specialist man wasn’t nice to me at all and he made feel that m not welcomed in his clinic. I wanted to get up from the chair from the first minute. After we finished and he gave me my measurements i was surprised that my right vision changed from -3.50 to -2.50 within 10 months and i wanted to discuss it with him . And he didn’t seem to care he didn’t even reply with a word like just get out of here !! Moreover, the front disk knows nothing about the back disk like of they weren’t working together!! I don’t recommend this place to anyone
I approached this store with trepidation because of all the negative reviews but as an OW client had no choice. It seems hard to believe I was in the same store as those reviewers. I received prompt, courteous, cheerful and respectful service during both my visits. A special note for Stephanie who was professional, warm and enjoyable. This store most definitely exceeded my expectations. Excellent work and thank you!
