I’ve been to two classes at CirQular Motion and both times my experience was wonderful. The first class was Calisthenics and my second class was ELDOA . I truthfully never heard of ELDOA before but this class was incredible !! I injured my back doing Good mornings and after this class my back felt so much better . I’m so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that comes with every trainer that works there .
Cirqular motion is a space that allows me to move and dance freely and without judgement. I've always been afraid to try dance outside of my usual studio yey I was able learn without fear and with a smile on my face. Plus this studio teaches eldoa, which is definitely an asset for any dancer/athlete.
