Good food, nice service and lots of wine makes for the right combination for an evening out. Haven’t tried their takeout yet but I bet it’s just as good.

Quality food. Great services. Nice atmosphere One concern was that since we were sitting next to the open Kitchen, we noticed that 2 staff were not wearing mask properly (on their chin).

Location is great, staffs are nice once you become a customer, questions while you are waiting for a table will not be well received, however, as soon as you get a table they all of the sudden become great. Not my favorite approach but understandable on busy days. The drinks we had were great. Food: the polenta we had was good but not great, it didnt have much flavor, polentas are very popular in Brazil, so probably my standards were a bit high, hence, not ordering that again. The bruschetta were kind disappointing, 9 for 4 slices of bread topped with tomates, not very tasteful neither, kind of regretted on that order. I would go to insomnia for a better bruschetta option. But overall the experience was good. Out waiter was friendly. Their tipping system has the start point of 18%. I am totally against that \forcing\ method to get people tip more. I would tip 18% but when i see that makes me want to go there and manually change to 15% which is Toronto standards.

It’s 10.09 at the moment my friend called ahead and asked if we’re going to be able to sit 7 of us in 2 different tables, we sat 4 of us in one table and the other 3 of us are trying to figure out how to sit and the guy that’s working in the bar comes out interrupts us disrespectfully and pretty much tells us to get the hell out of their place. I’m working in a restaurant, we were not breaking any rules, we were all wearing are masks , we were all keeping 6ft distance and we were all polite and cooperative! This guy just didn’t wanna serve us! He had no people waiting to sit we were not loud we did not bother anybody. Extremely disrespectful and when I went to apologize and try to explain he literally said “get the hell out of my restaurant” Really disappointed and will not going back ever!

Great restaurant for a Saturday night! As with any restaurant be sure to make a reservation a week in advance. A parking garage is right next door. The waitress said all pasta and breads are made in house with many ingredients are sourced from Italy. Also mentioned that there are no substitutions or omissions unless you have allergies. Aside from that it’s kind of a waste when they give you blue cheese when you don’t like blue cheese. Table was ready when we arrived. We were a party of four and ordered seven dishes which was the right amount - three appetizers, a pizza, and two pastas and risotto. If you get risotto be prepared to wait. Finished our night with dessert. Saturday nights is very busy and at times the wait between dishes was long.
