We purchased one of their bars from Ambrosia. It was excellent. We are looking forward to visiting the store on St. Clair to purchase more. We bought the Darkness bar. Not waxy, not too sweet, just overall lovely taste. Going to try some of the darker chocolate and the chili one if it's in stock :)

A colleague got me these chocolates as Christmas present and I am addicted to them ever since. The drinkable Chocolate is heavenly. I have places multiple orders since and I can’t wait to try all of them. chilies Bomba and vanilla is by far my favourite.

I had another wonderful experience last night while visiting ChocoSol Traders. The staff member was so warm, kind and inviting. She assisted me with all my questions and concerns and really took the time to explain the differences in chocolate and pick the best one for a dear friend of mine. I really appreciated the time she took and the patience she demonstrated. This is an amazing chocolatier with a wonderful assortment of different chocolate. I will keep coming back again and again. ***This is a review for the chocolate, the owner, and the location at the St Lawrence Market on Saturdays*** First off, this is the best chocolate hands down. You will be inspired by the samples, the knowledge, and the efforts that are made into each bar. Secondly, you must come to the market to try some because he is awesome with the samples. Also his knowledge is out of this world. If you would want to learn more about the process that he does versus others, explain why he made it into this shape and taste, and I can only say that his “Jaguar” Chocolate is fantastic. This stand is located in the St Lawrence Market at the white tent outside the brick building on the south side. If your wondering what time to go, anywhere from 8AM - 2PM is great! Enjoy!!
