Our east Toronto row house turned 100 this year. Our neighbour on the end got the call early February from Cherry and Clark that a crew could be there to resurface her side of the flat roof the following week. It was finally happening. After listening for a while to a tremendous amount of banging and scraping, curiosity got the better of me and I climbed up the ladder to see how they were getting on. Bill the crew lead greeted me with a hearty laugh when I asked, “how bad is it?” He handed me a chunk of sopping wet roofing felt from the edge of our side of the shared roof and pointed out that our side was sitting about 15cm above the neighbour’s roof line with at least seven layers and many tons of rotting, sulphurous material under the surface. It was clear that we needed to have our side repaired as well. We had been avoiding the work. It would be expensive, but we decided to join the project. We’re glad we did. It was worse than we had thought. Our sun tunnel skylight structure was also in an advanced state of disrepair, but even through a spell of inclement weather, Bill and his crew worked hard to get the job done and without incident. The new roof membrane looks like it was fitted by a crew of the finest tailors and the guys cleaned up thoroughly around the house after they had finished. Thanks Bill, we really appreciate the tremendous effort it took to return our home to a state of good repair.

Very pleased with the work done on our flat roof. No more leaking down the bricks!...and the gutters, fascia and soffits on the rest of the house. From quote to payment, all was done professionally and clearly. All crews were courteous and professional. Office staff was terrific. Clean up was good. Cherry and Clark is the Best roofing company in Toronto and I am glad to recommend them. When we were ready to change our roof, we emailed probably six roofers, three replied with a quote.
