Just finished having an X-ray here. I know there are a lot of negative reviews, my experience was the total opposite. The front reception was warm and pleasant with me. I had an appointment and didn’t have to wait at all. My X-ray was done by Kathrin. She was the best! Extremely friendly and cheery greeting me. I felt very comfortable and she was gentle in directing and guiding me how to position for the X-ray. I had a great experience at the clinic and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. It’s conveniently located downtown.

Very good experience every time I went there. Actually it was not the family doctor who recommended for this place , but my wife found it. Of course sometimes could be little misunderstandings, but globally very happy with the service. And believe me, I am comparing with many other places. It's very clean, appointments are available pretty soon, and you can see people trying to do their best. Very good technicians too, me and my wife we appreciate specifically Margaret for her professionalism and nice approach to the patients. We hope the Centre will keep up the same good work.

The service here is beyond bad. It's so brutal that we will absolutely tell our doctor to refer us to another imaging centre. I don't care if it's 2 hours outside the city, I'd rather go that far instead of coming to this place again. No explanation of what we were looking at on the ultrasound, rushing us out the door, and a clear disregard to how we were feeling about the ultrasound of our first baby. Because it's our first baby, we are eager and anxious about what we're seeing and the woman we dealt with was clearly more interested in leaving to go home rather than be thorough and answer our questions. I would have given it a zero star rating if possible.

I would like to thank the TCMI team for their great service and expertise. Dr.Esmail has established an excellent and high standard imaging centre and Toronto is very lucky to have his expertise and amazing diagnosis! God bless him and keep his eyes sharp and healthy! Olena is the most professional technician that I have ever seen. She is so knowledgeable, detail oriented and patient and in addition to all these ,her calm manner and beautiful smile help me to overcome my fear of ultrasound every time I come for ultrasound. Thanks to her ,I am so comfortable with my annual and follow up ultrasounds. I pray she always be healthy with great sight , so she can help patients with the diagnosis of their health issues. I wish Dr.Esmail and Olena and the team at TCMI all the best. Keep up the great work! I highly recommend this centre for all medical imaging services .

I had an ultrasound appointment that was scheduled for 11am. I got there at 10:50am and was in the waiting area ready to go by 11am. It took them 50 minutes to get me into a room to start the ultrasound. Thats right, 50 Minutes after my Scheduled appointment to start. What an absolute joke and waste of my time. Meanwhile the parking which is not cheap for this building keeps adding up because there is no surrounding street parking so time is money. The only reason I did not do a 1 star is because the ultrasound tech was very nice. There are much quicker places and places where you dont pay a fortune to park compared to this place.
