Worked with CBRE team on leasing a space at Bathurst/College in 2019, might as well have been working for the other party, poor negotiations, and just overall not there for the client. Will not recommend.

Nice bright office, directly on King St. Unfortunately never got back to me after an interview. An automated thank you email to unsuccessful applicants would've been nice.
By far the worst company that I have ever worked for. They talk about following the disability act but do not enforce it when violations occur. The manager that I had was allowed to harass and discriminate against me. When I reached out for HR help I was told they are not at our location so they did not know what was going on. Why they would not come to the branch and investigate is beyond me. I saw someone else complained about vendor payment, they are the worst company to deal with for this. Stay clear for everyone.
CBRE has a outstanding bill with my company going on 7 months.. I don’t recommend having anything to do with this company
Horrible company to deal with, we went 8 months and still had no payment from them. The management treats contractors like second rate citizens.
