I had a great time going through this program! Both of my B.C based course teachers Jon and Geoff were very knowledgeable and wonderful teachers. Everyone I dealt with from Carson Dunlop were very helpful and available for any issues or questions I had throughout the process. Well designed course curriculum; providing self paced training schedule, based on real life considerations. Very informative study material prompting actual interest about the subjects of study. Good support through tutor involvement. Engaging webinars through interesting content and interactive presentation. Should be a NUMBER- ONE choice to obtain Home Inspection Training for anyone interested.
Having found myself without employment for the first time in 25 years, right before the COVID-19 pandemic started, I was at a loss as to what to do next. I explored a number of options, and someone suggested that I look at a career in home inspection. After doing some research, I came across Carson Dunlop and decided to make a call. I spoke to Ahmed who spent a great deal of time explaining everything to me and how the course worked. I was impressed with the amount of time that he spent with me. He explained that I had 12 months to complete the course and it was geared to my schedule (which was newly wide open), so I signed up. I was nervous at first going back to school after all these years, but was comfortable knowing I could complete it at my pace. Fast forward to today, and after working very hard for the past 5 months, I am happy to say that I have completed my courses and am ready for the next step. I'd like to thank everyone at Carson Dunlop for all of their assistance along the way! Especially Ahmed and Khalida who were always ready and willing to answer questions, no matter how trivial they may have been. The course itself was very challenging (in a good way), and taught me more than I could ever have imagined. I would strongly encourage anyone looking at getting into the home inspection industry, to seriously consider signing up with Carson Dunlop and take their course!
Learning online can be a challenge, especially when there are time limits. Good thing about Carson Dunlop is that they care so much about the profession that they put so much work into the content to make it professional and comprehensive in scope with lots of resources in case you get stuck. Much like their inspection business, they’re not happy until you are! The program is delivered in modules based any given topic, so you can stay organized but also feel rewarded every time you complete a module by seeing the competition percentage increase! Big motivator! And guess what? The content online is yours forever! Staff here are incredible. Specific shout outs to Khalida and Robert who helped me every step along the way, providing excellent support and encouragement. Transparency and Professionalism is important to me—you’ll find it here! I was so impressed with the program that I look forward to my continuous learning opportunities with Carson Dunlop as a lifelong learner!
Great experience since last year as student, the training subject and all support to run the business is fantastic, I did not face with any problem. the quality of training materials , using simplified English and high quality pics and all details to cover all requirements based on update building codes.

This was an awesome course to take. I really enjoyed the webinars. Very interactive, almost felt like I was in class. Everyone that I have had the pleasure of deal with at Carson Dunlop through out the whole program has been extremely helpful and encouraging. Highly recommend taking this class if your looking to get into home inspecting.
Very thorough course I would recommend it if you are looking to get into Home inspections. Staff is courteous and helpful to all your needs. I finished the course under a year with taking my time. You might think you know a lot but they have it all covered plus.
