Fellow Wheatabetes sufferers rejoice! I give to you; a resonably priced and delicious DEEP FRIED appy menu made in a gluten and dairy free deep fryer! *mind explodes. Staff are very lovely and knowledgeable. Decor is simple but fun. All cocktails are really reasonably priced (under 10). This is my new neighborhood haunt. Can't wait to go back for their GF baked mac n cheese!
Good breakfast spot. Potato latki with sunnyside egg triplet, rye toast, bacon and guac on the side.
I love this place! It is a very humble, welcoming, unpretentious environment. Nice touch with local artwork on the walls, and movie nights. It does have special privilege to me because I can bring the omnivores in my life here and we can both enjoy the food. Great brunch options for vegans and non vegans alike. I crave the coconut cream pie weekly.
Service is very armature, and slow. It is way over priced for the quality. I had a grilled cheese sandwich, that looked as if it was in a train wreck when served. The bread slices were askew, and the cheese was all over the place. Very bad plate presentation. Sloppy work. It would have been nice to have tasted the cheeses in the sandwich. You can go there and try it out for yourself, but I give 2 stars. The second star is for the one person who was moving faster than anyone else. She smiled and was congenial. The rest of the staff would have a hard time remaining hired at Denny's.
Great place to bring your family for brunch. Food was good. There are gluten free and vegan options as well. Service was excellent. I noticed they even clean the high chair before and after each use.
Tasty grub, extremely kind staff, sometimes stays open late if it's trivia night. Menu is very thoughtfully done comfort food. Poutine and mac and cheese were perfect. Nothing astounding but better than you'd expect for a neighbourhood pub.
Love this place. I find the dinner menu better than the brunch one but lots of vegan and gluten free options. The staff is wonderful too.
