The absolute MOST HORRID service I have EVER EXPERIENCED from ANY COMPANY OR SERVICE PROVIDER. No response to your status requests. NO UPDATES. THEY PASSED THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE. TOOK THE MONEY AND NOW IS NOT RESPONDING AT ALL. I WISH I COULD GET MY MONEY BACK BUT NO MONEY BACK POLICY IS STATED WHEN THE SELL YOU THEIR NOTHINGNESS. horrible. NEVER APPROACH THIS COMPANY. NEVER! I TRULY HAVE DEEPEST OF REGRETS. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute all charges the charged me. If you really need the quickest easiest cheapest way to do this, please contact me. I as well rank it 1 because there is no minus or zero

I had some very old convictions from when I was a kid. Canada Pardons was extremely helpful in helping me obtain a pardon and a US entry waiver. I now have the dark cloud removed that followed me everywhere I went !! Even prevented employment ! Thank you to Andrew and the entire Toronto team for all their help !!! Much appreciated
Exasperating to deal with. Do not respond to phone calls or emails. Have rarely been able to talk to a live person. Started request in Feb 2013, was told by one "rare" live person to check back at the end of August 2014. Have been trying to do so ever since. I already had my pardon!!! I just want the US Waiver. The fingerprinting was done absolute ages ago...and yet, nothing. 600 and crappy, crappy service!
I applied for a waiver over a year ago, the only time I have had anyone contact me was to ask for more money to obtain court documents (which other people who have applied thought was weird. They never had those fees)... I have called and left numerous messages and emails because I haven't spoken with anyone, EVER, in over a year. I have never had a response. Now I have been informed that this company is in fact a fraudulent company and to go to the media to make it public that this has happened to multiple people. Everyone that goes through this process clearly changed their lifestyles and are paying with their hard earned money for a service, only to be ripped off. I wish I would have read these posts before I chose this company, I definitely would have gone elsewhere.
Due to me not being a permanent resident of Canadian... I was deported back to Australia. I am still married to my Canadian husband, and had been living in Canada since 2003. (Deported in 2013.) I went through these guys while still living in Edmonton...I have been waiting since 2011... Now I find out through reading these wonderful informative posts, that I and my husband have now been f***** over. And now may not get back for my daughters wedding in Canada... As my immigration process wasn't bad enough through the Harper government and immigration minster James Kenny...I do miss Canada and I am very sad that I may not get back to the country, that I loved and started to call home for over ten years.
I have been going through the process with CPS for over 2-3 years. I paid in full at the start of the process. About a year into the process they told me I was ineligible and had to wait another year to re submit my application for a record suspension. Understandably I waited till the date in August of 2014. Since then I have not been able to contact anyone from Canadian Pardon Services. I call and leave messages about once a week and no one has ever returned my call. My caseworker has disappeared and every time I call no matter what time of day I am sent to a voice machine. Impossible to talk to anyone there and do not expect to have your calls returned. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. HATE IT!!!
These guys are not giving me any feedback. I have been paying them and started my process since 3 years. I was promised my application to be submitted by my eligibility date but that has not happened and it has been over a month since elligible. I am relying on this for my career and I email/call them almost daily but they don't respond. My life plans may be delayed another year because of these people. They need to give clients their money back and leave business unless they start doing anything for customers.
I used this service and found it kind of strange that when I paid the full amount they.. Kept emailing me stating that I owed them more and more money... I'm on odsp and well can't afford 1500 more dollars for them to get my pardon for me... I don't recommend using these people. Especially when they told me the all in cost was 497.20 for the pardon service. Again I do not recommend this service which I had paid in full by march 01 2012.Sstill no pardon.
