The people there are very helpful and professional! I don't know why there have been many bad reviews but my experience has been stellar!.. The lady named Pat was who took care of my mail and she helped me all the way from A to Z.
The service is always so slow! We were in today and there was a line of 7 people waiting. 2 were at the counter but 1 was a trainee taking too long and the other person wasn't helping anyone. Just kept telling people to leave because we were too many even though we were all in masks and she refused to serve anyone because she was busy doing God-knows what else! So rude and such slow, lazy service!
