Incredible selection, very clean and organized, and most of all outstanding customer service. Mark helped me locate a part that I'd been looking for for quite a wile that no other store in the are had or could even help me locate. With one phone call Mark had located the part at one of the stores across the country had it shipped here and notified me when it came. Everything went well and I'm very happy to of used camouflage to help me find what I needed. Great store, great service, and great staff. If you need tactical, outdoor, or any airsoft needs this place is it.

Good place with friendly staff. Not a big store so not a lot of stock, but they always offer to order what you need. Only physical store around here with Cammenga compasses.
Quick attentive service, and prices that match U.S. prices! Convenient location @ Spadina and Queen. And they allow FREE ordering and delivery to this store, for FREE pickup. Ordered pair of items from their website in-store and was assisted by attractive & attentive young woman who was super helpful and patient. Thanks to her, I can only say good things about this business. With lack of surplus stores in town, this is a must visit for your needs.
I've had a great experience, during every visit so far. The staff are very friendly, social, and informative. I'm happy to have come across this business. As someone who lives in a mixed work/career environment, between security and various areas of media (photography/videography) to name a few, it's nice that I found a place this, that can meet my needs and interests across the board. I think I'm going to be a regular here.
Just took my son to this place to get a butterfly training knife..and of course I had to buy myself a knife too...they have some very good products with great staff... very pleased guys I will be back and you are highly recommended.
If you want good quality products, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE staff with a wide selection of products. I am happy to say we finally have stores like this in the downtown core and I hope to see this one last may many years. will absolutely be going back ASAP!!
The store is amazing, the staff is wonderful, and there’s a very beautiful girl working there. And someone should give her a raise because she does the best job ever, and she’s the reason I’m going to go back there more often than not. Because in Toronto there’s lots of similar stores, the service is what matters.
I walked in today. And literally the coolest employees helped me out right away. I am new to airsoft. And these guys made me feel like instant family.
