Really awful customer service. The staff working here do not understand what service you asking for and have no manners or customer service skills. I would avoid this place no matter what - there are plenty of other dry cleaners close-by with better prices and customer service! I would of gave this place 5 stars under the old management. This place used be ran by nicest man, Albert. I wish he still owned the place and never sold to incompetent business owners.

Terrible customer service. When I arrived, the first thing the employee told me without barely looking at the receipt was that it wasn't ready. I told her that it was supposed to be ready 2 days before. Then she asked me what colour the bedsheets were and I responded that they weren't bedsheets, they were 2 red table cloths. Then she said, ' Listen, what colour are the bedsheets?' she clearly was the one not listening. She even made an excuse saying that another employee made a mistake about when it would be ready because she wasn't there. I looked at her and told her that she was the one who attended to me. She finally started looking for the table cloths and saw that they were actually ready. To my disappointment, they were still dirty. I will never go back.

I had the worst experience at this place. I gave them my jacket that had a very very small hole. Should have been easily fixed but somehow they managed not only not fix it but also to damage my jacket (photo attached). They offered to have it fixed later on. But i couldnt trust them so I didnt take their offer. Also they couldnt find my jacket as it wasnt placed on their usual rack.
