I bought this bag on July 25, 2020 at Yorkdale. I moved to Montréal and after one single use the closure of the bag broke. I went to Ogilvy/Holt Renfrew on August 17, 2020. The sales representative told me that the only solution was to send the bag for repair in Italy. I exchange multiple texts with the sale representative but he didn’t know much about the return of my bag. On October 6, 2020 I sent an email through Bottega Veneta website to obtain more information regarding the return of my bag. I got NO response. On October 13, 2020 I sent a default notice to Bottega Veneta Canada which was NEVER answered. The one star should be zero. What kind of luxury brand is that! Bottega Veneta showed no interest at all and did not provide any kind of customer services nor communicated with me at any time. I did receive my bag on October 18, 2020. Do I need to say that I will never buy another bag at Bottega Veneta.

The manager Joseph is nothing short of a legend. His poise, composure and professionalism when dealing with clients of any scale is much appreciated and a breath of fresh air in comparison to many of the ultra luxury boutiques in Toronto. Bravo!

Went in for a repair of a wallet and manager Joseph quoted a timeline of 4-6 weeks as they had to send the wallet to Italy for repairs to reglaze the edge. Understandable that they send it back to Italy for quality control. No concerns here. 4 weeks later, I follow up with the store and Betty the associate who wrote my repair ticket had no recollection and couldn't find my slip. Told me to call back when the manager was in. I call in again and they tell me the repair turnaround time is now 16 to 22 weeks?! That's a difference of the very least of 3 months!! This disparity of timeline is unacceptable and if quoted such a long timeframe the first time, I would've thought twice about sending it in or doing it at all. As of today, there is no status of where my wallet is or if even received to the repair centre in Italy... Where is my product?!? Definitely a frustrating experience. They took my email down, and promised follow-up and of course no reply. LOL I heard BV was held to a higher standard in customer service, but it's an experience of he said she said, and a frustrating experience.

Heard they tried to scam a customer that bought a shoe, then when the customer tried to return it the manager said they did the damage. Then the manager was contacting the customers wife manager and harassing them. Do not go to this store, the managers are rude and this business is not ethical.
