Website made it super easy to order a macaron box for my mother in law's birthday, and they were able to add a card onto the order after submitted. Local Toronto delivery was seamless and she loved them! So nice to be able to send her something from thousands of miles away. Thanks, guys!

Really amazing cupcakes and treats, definitely a must try - we bought 3 cupcakes and 3 muffins and 3 cookies and 3 bars ... we wanted to try everything as every looks really delicious and undoubtedly it is a treat, very sweet - the cupcakes were a tiny bit dry but the bars r really good and the cookies are a little tough but all in all, it is a top dessert shop. However, the attitude of the people behind the bar is unacceptable and arrogant. Most people in there grab a coffee and a bar, not 12 items all in one shot - however they wanna get you out and they give off a feeling that they don’t really care. They need an attitude adjustment for sure, from the girl who helped us all the way down to the person who is collecting our cash. They weren’t necessary rude but there is a tone of arrogance that is for sure on the underlying tone of their voice and the things they say. So if you don’t really care about that then no problem since the dessert is of high quality but for me - I will not return n will be taking my business elsewhere where they r more grateful
My partner and I placed an order from Bobbette & Belle recently, and we were really wowed! Normally I'm not a huge macaron fan, but these were delicious (and packaged so beautifully). Not only that, but the delivery service was really above and beyond. Thank you Bobbette & Belle for making our Valentine's Day :)
Really good cupcakes. Or looks like a lot of icing but it is not too sweet so you can easily finish it. The flavors of the cupcakes all come through nicely. I love the chocolate peanut butter!
I dont usually leave reviews. However, I thought my recent experience with B&B deserved a review. There are things that well run companies do that set them apart from the rest and this is a prime example of how B&B is easily the best bake shop in Toronto. I recently purchased my favorite cake (chocolate raspberry) for a small get together. Once we cut into the cake and started eating it we noticed something was slightly off although it still tasted great. The issue seemed to be that instead of a chocolate/vanilla icing that would normally accompany this cake it was topped with a hazelnut icing. The next day I placed a call to the store and to let them know, I thought they got the wrong icing on the cake. I didnt demand anything nor was I upset, I just wanted to provide some feedback. However, without me prompting they immediately apologized and assured me that a 50 gift certificate would be mailed out asap. I thought at this point, this was great customer service. But they went even further and this is what sets them apart. Within 2 to 3 days I received the gift card as promised but what impressed me even more was the HAND WRITTEN note that came along with it. It seems like a small thing but when an individual takes the time to write a customer a personal note it speaks volumes about how the company feels about their clients and its clear they actually care. You guys were already my favorite cake shop but now you have a loyal customer for life. Thanks B&B!!
