Bluewater is currently in various stages of identifying and evaluating opportunities that it believes have the elements for growth. Pursuant to stock exchange regulations, Bluewater is able to conduct discussions with potential counterparties and enter into an Agreement in Principle (as defined in TSX Venture Policy 2.4) with respect to a transaction, the consummation of which is intended to meet the requirements of a “Qualifying Transaction”.
