I consulted Beth about some difficult work relationships and stress, and we worked with CBT and short term dynamic therapy. She is very experienced, and I was impressed by the way she zeroed in on potential solutions for problems. I have also found that the short term counselling we did has had a lasting effect on my overall quality of life.
