I recently listed my condo with Ben. He also helped me find a wonderful detached home of my dreams. Ben was extremely helpful and really took the time to walk me through the process. This was my first time going through a sale of property as well as buying a detached home. Ben is extremely patient and knowledgeable in the Industry. Ben is a very honest realtor and is not trying to make a transaction for his own benefit and is willing to walk away form a sale if it's not right for his client. Not only that, he was extremely hands on throughout the process. He was always available to answer every message and phone call. He was great at explaining the process and things that I did not understand well and he would do it as many times as I wanted him to. He was also extremely helpful in calming my nerves throughout the process. He always has a smile on his face and it really was absolutely wonderful to work with him. Ben has a huge network of people that he was able to connect me with to help with both transactions. I absolutely recommend him to everyone!!!

I recently listed my condo for sale. Being that it is the first time I sold a property I was inexperienced and Ben took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the Real Estate industry. He didn't waste any time getting my place listed and photographed. I guarantee that Ben will advertise your listing everywhere you can think of. I appreciated that he was both professional but also personable and sympathetic to my situation of having to sell due to financial restraints. Selling a property can be very emotional experience for some people as it was for me and I cannot thank him enough for being so patient and understanding. I was reluctant as to whether I would get my condo sold at a reasonable price as my condo needed many improvements and had a high maintenance fee. I was very impressed with the number of clients Ben was able to get to see my place. Also very pleased that he called and emailed often to let me know the status of the sale. My sale was a bit of a challenge as my buyer had some issues with financing but Ben worked through the night to ensure the sale closed on time. He maintained his professionalism throughout the whole process. I really appreciated that Ben treated me like family and gave the sale the same attention he would have given to his own family. It's very convenient that Ben can offer other services that you may need to buy or sell a home such as mortgage, staging, online videos of your home, helping finding another home or rental. He was able to get me 98.6% of my list price. I would definitely recommend Ben to my friends and family!

Ben sold my Roncesvalles home this past summer. It was such a pleasure to work with him. He is professional, relatable, he has fantastic communication skills and he knows his profession inside out. Our house sold for over asking in a very short time. Ben was there throughout the process to make what can be a very stressful process, seamless.
