Came here with my mother in law over Christmas while visiting from San Francisco. I was almost out of food for my dog and asked if they had Pro Plan. Instead of simply saying no or suggestions they said “ew we don’t sell that try Walmart”. I’m fine with debates over what the better food item is for dogs but that type of passive aggressiveness and comment to purposely make a customer feel small is unacceptable. I had adopted my dog who is a championship show dog at the age of 3 and he’s been on Pro Plan his entire life, so are most of the show dogs in his breed.

Went there to get food for my kitten. They were super helpful and very knowledgeable! Gave very good advice that I couldn't get from the vet and even gave free food samples. Ended up buying tons of stuff and will definitely be returning there for anything else :)
Have had great experiences here purchasing pet food and a cat scratching post. Staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
