Great neighborhood, horrible management.
Took a year to upgrade balconies.. Robberies..multiple instances of ppl coming into the apartment unannounced .. Fake promises when we moved in. You can do better
Horrendous building management - strongly encourage anyone considering this building or others owned by Amelin Property Management to look elsewhere.
Older building but overall pretty decent place for the . Close to shopping and transit and Fedotenks lives there!
