Bagels seem fresh but they're not made diligently from my experience. The bagels are Montreal style but they didn't have the bagel I wanted. I got an Avacado sandwich on an everything bagel. I added cream cheese and onions. Watched them make it and they don't even add half an Avacado just a couple spoonfuls. The Avacado that was scooped in my bagel had part of the seed in it and some black spots (not sure if it's mould or oxygen) but it shouldn't be served. For 9 whatever ingredients are added should be fresh. The Avacado turned me off a lot.
When the bagels are good, they're very good and the cream cheese is amazing. Unfortunately this location has a lot of problems. They will often give you the day old bagels which are hard as rocks. They also will make a bagel with almost no cream cheese so you have to scrape it all onto one side and just eat half the bagel. Another common occurrence is that the employees show up very late for work in the morning so if you're trying to grab a breakfast on your way to work, you'll have to go somewhere else. It sucks because the bagels are really good, I wish they would get it together.
This is an exact replica of St Urbain bagels from Montreal. Pretty authentic and I'm a happy, regular customer. Service *could* be a bit faster but the quality here is so good I don't care! Keep it up!

Not impressed with the bagels at all. Not sure if I was given stale bagels on purpose or if they always sell stale bagels as "fresh." Would not recommend or ever go there again. Would not even give one star but had to give a star.
Great bagels made fresh. Great sandwiches and pretty decent coffee. Staff are friendly and polite. Not sure why I dont come here more often. They also have gluten free bagels, only not nearly as much as the other kinds so probably best to call ahead.
Delicious wood fired bagels, always fresh! They have a great variety but the everything bagels are my favourite. They also have gluten free bagels which my mom loves.
