I bought 2 units of Axis gear, one turns on and the other one does not power up. They have no phone support, email support is basically when they are in the mood to reply. worst customer service ever, non existing service. A company is defined by its customer service, not sure why some companies like this still operate when they don't care about their product or reputation. Im now stuck with their unit and wondering if I will be able to return and get a refund. very shady company.

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to troubleshoot my product for over 2 months, and they REFUSE to give me a phone number. First, the solar panel didn't work, then the adapter didn't work, then they told me I have to do a \deep charge\ which also didn't work. The reason it has taken 2 months is I have to wait several days for them to reply to every email question (sometimes they don't even reply and I have to follow up). One phone call might have solved this problem in 5 minutes, but I guess I'll never know, because this is the only company on earth that refuses to speak to frustrated customers on the phone. I would give zero stars if I could.

I have a heavy shade and tried the get the product to work (consistenty) many times. The product was never reliable and would slip which could cause damage to your existing shades. Customer service was responsive at times and even gave me a new unit to try. Unfortunetly, it was never able to work consistently. They promise the product can lift any shade, so I have since returned it for a refund (past the year warranty period). They did not refund the full amount though, and levy illegal restocking fees (illegal in Canada). I also didnt get the tax back for some reason.

Terrible customer service...not even a phone number available to contact the company. I placed an order for their product one month ago and have not heard anything from them since. Their website says that they ship the items out 2-7 business days after the order has processed but I still have not received anything, not even a shipping notification or email update about what is happening with my order. When paying this much for a product, I expect exceptional service, but this company is seriously lacking. Would not recommend to anybody!
