My sister and I sought out services from Linda Gomercic at Athlete's Care after searching for a therapist who is trained in 'Connect Therapy'. On a personal front, she is very kind and easy to relate to, showing genuine concern for her clients. Moreover, professionally, she was able to identity and treat areas of concern in the body to help alleviate the pain and discomfort we were experiencing. Since then, we have also referred our mother to Linda, for a MCL sprain. When she walks out of the appts, the limp that she walked in with is nowhere to be found. Linda is definitely our go-to therapist from now on! In addition, the front staff is a pleasure to deal with. I might not be able to see their smiles (masks!), but I can hear the smile in their voices :)

Excellent clinic and service. My physiotherapist, Brian, demonstrated considerable knowledge of a broad range of treatment options and was incredibly thorough in his diagnosis and treatment of my injury. Assigned rehab exercises were pertinent, clearly explained/demonstrated, and effective, allowing me to continue to improve outside of treatment sessions. Would recommend to anyone in the GTA seeking high-quality physical therapy.

This is my favourite clinic. Alex at the front desk is fabulous - always friendly and helpful, with great attention to detail. Dr. Trevor Vander Doelen is the best sports care practitioner I have ever had. Trevor has taken the time to understand the demands of my sport, which is why his treatments are so effective. He really cares about what he does, and is incredibly knowledgeable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Linda provides manual therapy and specializes in the connect series method of treatment. Linda does not simply threat the area of pain or discomfort, but uses a holistic approach and an in-depth evaluation in determining the source, so that she may expertly apply a whole body approach. I met Linda shortly after moving from Ottawa to Toronto in October 2020. I was having consistent physiotherapy treatment in Ottawa to alleviate lower back and right leg pain and stiffness due to a back injury. I was concerned that I would not be able to find and have the same level of care in Toronto after my move. However, shortly after finding Linda and starting sessions with her, her manual treatments and the enhanced exercise program she administered were able to drastically help reduce the level of pain I was experiencing. Over the last few months, I have developed a trusting and respectful relationship with Linda. I trust her treatment and her experience as a manual physiotherapist. Many times I’ve gone to see Trevor with excruciating pain. Pinched nerves, back spasms, fubar neck.... and let me tell you I walk in bent sideways in pain and walk out straight relaxed and relieved EveryTime!!. His expert medical diagnosis and complete understanding of your physique makes him the body whisperer. Seriously he can figure out things that others just seem to glaze over.
