Beautiful old temple in Kensington Market. One of the last building of the Jewish community that was in the Market . Recommended.

It's a very interesting shul to visit
While sometimes it's hard to get a minyan, it's because we need you to come! The rabbi is the rabbi is super accepting of everyone and passionate about the shul. Every Friday night and shabbos day there is a meal that every Jewish person is invited to. The true historical gem in Kensington Market, the shul is one of the oldest in Toronto and a great tourist destination.
Many interesting characters and thinkers with heart congregate here, including the Rabbi who is a kind-hearted, witty, modest, and compassionate Mensch. Brings back memories to visit.
Great Rabbi! Even welcomed me ... a member of the Lost Tribe of Isreal ... The Goyem! I just can't get enough of that wonderful cooking! A historic space in Kensington Market you have to experience.
