Just incredibly rude. I ordered at 10:30. They said 2 hours. Came at 1...not ready. No worries it’s COVID not a big deal. The staff tells me 20 minutes. I wait in my car for 40 minutes come back and then they tell me ‘ it’s 20 minutes now’. When I respond with the fact that I’ve been waiting outside based on what they told me I was told ‘we’re actually doing you a favour. It normally takes 2 - 3 hours.’ I know....i ordered 4 hours ago. Anyway they didn’t deliver on time and then were rude about it. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

I like this store and ended up buying a tripod for my Mini 90! The price is very reasonable. I just hope there are more variety of Instax related products (more creative frames, album, light bulbs. etc.). The environment is very nice and relaxing! The staff are also very helpful!
I love this place, I love these people. All my photo needs in one pretty package, they should take over the Wild Wings next door haha! Quick service and great quality.
Meh experience. I got my photos, which were decent quality but felt a little turbulence along the way. When I ordered I was expecting a confirmation email when they were complete but I guess they don't do that so I picked up much later than originally planned. I also was charged a small order fee which was annoying (min 5.00). When I went to pick up, I rang doorbell and employee, who may have been freshly off shift(?) ignored me. Others showed little indication of acknowledgment. Once they opened the door I got my order just fine. Overall I'm not running back.
Been processing film here for years. I love the quality of their development and scans honestly. Folks are friendly and has a nice local shop feel. 6/5 stars.
