I have used AJT/Andy Trotter now for 4 projects now. The quality of their work is extremely high and Andy really knows how to navigate the sometimes complicated ins and outs of getting a permit, including dealing with the committee of adjustments. He is thorough, a good communicator and can come up with creative solutions to best use your space. Highly recommended!
Andy and his team are absolutely top notch. I was trying to get my basement underpinned (which as I learned is a major permitting task with the City of Toronto) and had no idea where to start. Andy walked me through every step of the way (starting all the way from checking whether I've had any proper land surveys done in the last 3 decades), and had recommended people along the way who were top notch. He and his team were always very responsive, quick and professional. Thanks so much for everything again!
