BUYER BEWARE. YOU'RE NOT GUARANTEED THE ITEM YOU BID ON. I used to purchase from this seller and was quite happy until I was sent the wrong item in my order - and ignored about it. I bid on and won a sapphire necklace. Having never had an issue before, I expected to receive the exact item I bid on. Instead, I was sent a a sapphire necklace that is of lower value and NOT AT ALL the same as the one they advertised, it was distinctly very different from the picture (you can see for yourself), very dull in colour, beige overall. I studied the picture, it wasn't a lighting issue, it's a totally different necklace looking at the sequence of gemstones. I am a reasonable person, mistakes happen, and I wasn't looking for any freebies when I emailed about it. I just wanted to swap out the necklace for the one I actually bid on. Instead I was completely ignored. I don't appreciate that at all, so now I shop elsewhere (the power of capitalism).

This is the first time I bought Diamonds earrings online and it was a great experience. Amazing auctions with fantastic pieces. The very good surprise was that the clarity of diamonds was better than the one ordered.
