The nicest group of people in the world. They saw I was nervous and talked to me like they knew me for years. They talked me through the whole process (tattooing and piercing) making sure I was happy with placements. They checked it with my friend to make sure we were both happy. They even wanted till I was completely ready and didn't rush me at all. The best part is when my artist, Kelly, was doing my design she realized there was a word that she would spell differently (Fuel) and she took the time to stop and look it up and even asked my friend. In all honestly that made the experience that much more special cause it showed she genuinely cared about her clients. Prices were also realistic and manageable. Wait times were super quick and the process was even quicker. But the quality was still impeccable. I will definitely be back when I'm ready to get some more work done. Thank you Adrenaline Tattoos for making this experience the best day of my life.

Emailed my preferred artist (Joe) about a coverup, he arranged quickly to get me in for an appointment. Store was super pleasant, clean, welcoming and followed protocols with COVID. 100% will be back to get more from Joe! Highly recommend this shop!!!!

I had been waiting since pre-COVID to get my septum pierced so was mad excited to get it done when Adrenaline finally re-opened. Every staff member I spoke with was super friendly, and also very professional. I felt safe and very satisfied with the COVID precautions in place. Matt was a total pro -- he somehow made the experience of getting a needle through my nose fun. He also took the time to answer all my questions, despite a stacked lineup of piercings he had that day. (There were customers literally waiting outside the room). You can tell he loves what he does. So does Adam, who made me feel like a person vs. a customer as soon as I walked in. 10/10 would recommend!

I've had all 4 of my tattoos and one nose piercing done at Adrenaline on Queen St! 2 of my bigger tattoos (as pictured) are done by Jon Bathurst. He always made sure I was comfortable throughout. During consultations he's kept an open mind and really understood what I wanted and he's come through each time! Very thoughtful, understanding, and professional!! Jon also prepares his work area in front of me so that I can see that everything he'd be using is sterile and new which has boosted my confidence in him as an artist. Overall, Adrenaline is very clean and knowledgeable in all areas, the staff is welcoming and incredibly helpful! Definitely recommend this place as a go-to for piercings and tattoos!!
