It’s ok, But ordering online is very annoying. Took about a month for my order to come in and after multiple emails, I didn’t receive the shipping notice I was told I would get to keep track of my order. It just showed up without notice The store itself is nice, the offer a great selection of supplies and has great customer service, they just need to work on how they handle online orders. TLDR; if you live in Toronto or near the store itself, get curb side pickup, if you live in the GTA or greater, be ready for your order to be VERY late.

This will be one of my go-to stores for specific art supplies due to the variety and pricing compared to other art stores. Also, the staff is always helpful to help you make decisions on products you are not familiar with.

Wonderful shop with helpful staff who at this difficult time do not get in close proximity but show you what you are looking for. Tidy, organized, safe. Masks, gloves and sanitizer at the door. Arrows guide you safely around the store. Staff wears visors for safety of shoppers. I go to the Junction shop. Much appreciated.
