We’ve been experiencing squirrels in our attic for some time so I called AAA Wildlife to do an inspection of our roof to see if there were any holes or areas where the squirrels were entering. Blair showed up on time to do the job and once he got on our roof he discovered that there was a huge hole in one of the air vents that the squirrels chewed their way through. Blair sent me photos so that I could see the damage myself. Before installing an exit trap door over the hole, he recommended that all other possible entry points for these squirrels be sealed with wiring to avoid any future issues with wildlife from entering. In addition. To this, the squirrels did damage to some of the shingles on the roof. Blair also patched this up for me as well. He gave me a discounted price since I was resolving a number of issues. Since we’ve had the work done I have not heard anything moving around in our attic. Thank you Blair for your wonderful work and for the recommendation of the preventative measures! I would also like to add that the lady who answers their calls was also very nice and super professional. I would highly recommend this company for others experiencing the same issue. AAA came last week to deal with raccoons in our attic. Blair was very knowledgeable and took the time to carefully explained the process to me. I was so impressed that I decided to have them back today, as a precaution, to install screens on my other roof vents. Thank you Blair, and also Anne in the office who was a delight to talk and wasn't pushy at all.
From my initial interaction with Anne to the later follow ups and work at the house by Blair, it all went smoothly and with good communication. Cages were installed today. Looking forward to their efficacy over the next weeks. The online booking was not accurate on opening times for the appointments, i recommend better to call-in directly to schedule the appointments. Overall i'm happy with the work done.
I called Affordable Wildlife Control as squirrels were entering my attic through an opening in the corner of my roof. Blair came the same day He covered the opening and inspected the entire roof for potential entry points. Blair was professional and honest in his dealing. I would definitely recommend his service.
Great service! Very professional, very prompt and very honest. In the unknowns of house “stuff,” it’s good to have someone that is extremely transparent on the issues and related costs.
