Below average service and communication. They scheduled to fix my window over 5 times, and never showed up, and would keep rescheduling and missing the appointments. They never show up at the time that you schedule with them, I would not recommend this service to anyone.

They do pickup service now with covid, but I didn't know this and went up to the door and they still helped me out - the sign says they'll help walk-ins when possible. Very knowledgeable and efficient, many different tools and lots of glass.
So important to have artesian shops like this in our city. A one of kind experience with beautiful work. They were able to help me where few others could.
I had them replace the glass from a transom window. They did a wonderful job for a decent price and they were fast too. The sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable. What's not to love?
