This parking garage makes no sense!! We tried at multiple machines and using the app, but we weren’t able to pay... even though we selected more than the 13 max per day the machine kept saying pay more and would not print a receipt. The receipt is necessary because you can’t get into the parking garage by foot without the passcode on the receipt. Definitely would not recommend parking here
Wasted 30 mins here only to have to leave and find a new parking lot because the payment system made no sense. There are only 3 denomination options on the machine: 5, 9, and 10. The daily flat rate/maximum is 13. How are you supposed to make 13 from these denominations!? You can’t. Do you want us to pay more than the cost?? We put in 14 to see and it was only going to give us 2 hours of time. And no, there is no button for “max time” like most parking machines. Next we tried to download the stupid app and first it didn’t even recognize this garage as an option, after you manually type in the address it appears but when you try to buy time it says there’s an error and you need to use the machine.... super frustrating. Parking garage was empty too. Likely everyone experiencing the same issue.
Great parking lot! Conveniently located and the new 24/7 hours are very helpful. Highly recommend the lot.
Clean and convenient parking lot with 24/7 in and out access in an ideal location with close proximity to restaurants and area amenities. I highly recommend!
