The mid-flat noodles were soft and silky. Portion size was great for the price. Wasn't as spicy and flavourful as I expected. I tried the mid-round pulled noodles from here before and definitely enjoyed that more - there was more of a bit and chewy texture to it. Would recommend that style of noodle!

Great value esp on ubereats when they were offering free bowl of ramen if you spend 20. Food was really tasty and good portion. Though the noodle got a bit soggy due to long delivery time.

I have been here in the past and enjoyed a very positive Dine-In experience. The dishes are fairly priced the the portions are good. My take out order was a dry noodle dish, with green onion pancakes and fried chicken. The dishes were all flavorful and the noodles had a very pleasant texture to it. Unfortunately the delivery method of this order (take out) did have a somewhat negative experience for my meal. My takeout order was via FOD and I was left waiting on my order for 5 mins after the food was laid in front of a pickup table. I strongly believe this delay in service did unnecessarily cause the food to get a lot soggier then it should have been. The flavor were there, but my side dishes lacked the crispiness I would have enjoyed in the Dine-In experience.

Beef slices looked and tasted pre-frozen. Did not taste fresh. The broth was OK - decent but lacked punch. The spices were not strong enough. I've had way better Lanzhou noodles elsewhere.

Overall, a pretty good place for your slurp of noodles. I loved the chewy texture of the noodles and was quite impressed with the flavourful broth. They have a pretty expansive menu which includes dishes other than noodles.
