By far the best hobby store in Southern Ontario. Great service, gone out of their way to deliver product (particularly during the pandemic), always have product, super knowledgeable, and overall just a good group of people. Couldn't recommend the store enough. Only buy my 40k stuff through them.

Amazing store. I would give six stars if I could. I ordered three kits online in the evening and had a tracking number in my email the next morning. Kits arrived in three days and they don't charge an arm and a leg for shipping like every other company in Ontario. Definitely doing most of my model shopping here from now on.
This is some of the best customer service I've ever received. Period. David was accommodating and my order was processed incredibly fast. If you're going to buy gunpla-- I'd suggest here before anywhere else in the Hamilton Burlington area. While stock is not the best but constantly growing, they're more than comfortable ordering product in from Japan and their pricing is generally about 5 cheaper per kit. Very pleased!
