So incredibly unprofessional. Been “testing” in my building for a week now. Completely disruptive considering the state of the world - we are working from home, calling clients, home schooling children. I’ve owned many condos - testing doesn’t last this long unless you don’t know what you are doing.

This company was hired to do inspections by my condo and they were still doing fire alarm testing 2 weeks in! Do NOT use them, clearly incompetent and/or getting paid to stretch out a service that should have been a few days long, IF that. Not only that, their employees entered my unit without proper PPE during inspection.
I don't know what's worse trying to nickel and dime condo residents or lying staff - entering the unit by claiming to be the resident engineer. They are not trustable, be cautious when hiring them.
Torbram educated out company with excellent training for fire safety and installed the right equipment what is needed for our building fire safety needs.
