Our old telephone system went dead completely one day. At first we wasted two days trying to get some help from the telephone service provider. Then we called TOPS. Their technology specialist arrived in our office half an hour after our initial phone call. He arranged for the technician to install a new system (at the very competitive price) following day in the morning. By the time we got to work at 9 a.m. the technician was waiting by the door. In half an hour we could make and receive phone calls while the technician was programming the system. Few days later we had a visit of another specialist, who provided more training and checked the functioning of every feature. She arranged for the technician to come back to fine tune the system. It was done the following day. We could not be happier with their speedy, efficient and friendly service.
