Great place to live! Pet-friendly, family-friendly and staff are very pleasant. Boardwalk is vigilant in dealing with maintenance requests and I really appreciate the 24/7 customer service line. Buildings are cleaned regularly and neighbours are generally nice. It's worth the cost of rent - you get what you pay for!
Great place to live. Sarah is a wonderful landlord and all of the customer reps I have dealt with are pleasant and fast and precise at their jobs. The building is very clean, and cleaned on a regular basis. Maintenance is also very friendly and quick to help out with whatever problems. Great overall experience, I would highly recommend living here.

Be very careful with this property. We lived here between the year 2000 and 2004. We paid our rent on time and to the last moments that we were there and everything was peaceful and fine. when we left we cleaned the place and gave it to the superintendent. They sent us a letter that the counter top had a black mark from possibly a hot kettle which we never knew if it was from us or it was there before we lived there!? But lets assume that it was from us. They replaced it wich costed them 175 dollars and It's been more than 14 years that they have been calling us from a collection agency Excell and they want 1700 dollars accumulated interest. It's been 14 years and they are still asking for their money! We lived there 5 years and paid around 55000 dollars in rent basically the price of their Apartment during that time! But they are persistent to get the money for their counter top. This is ridiculous.. any business has loss and gain why can't they think that the new counter was necessary to replace after 5 or 10 years and it was better for their new tenant and stop harassment by collection agency to this date September 2017.
