Ordered from here a few times and was very happy with the food and service. HOWEVER, today I placed a large order of wings and they showed up raw. I was perfectly happy with returning the food for a replacement per an agreement with customer service. The manager of the location in Oshawa called me after receiving the replacement order and was yelling at me she needed to get every single wing back and ranting about how she is trying to run a business. The only wing eaten was the raw one my pregnant cousin bit into. It was very unprofessional and I kept my cool and hung up, called customer service, and agreed to a refund. They refunded me only for the wings I bought, and didn't care when I said they had lost a customer.

Always had great service! I really like the new policy then they show you what you got. Really good for people with allergies! I think that is excellent!!!
Great pizza, service isn't as bad some people state. Sure, maybe English may not be native language for some of the employees here...but not like they're jerks or anything. After having lived in Scarborough my life, I'd still say the level of service is still above-average relative to other places I'm accustomed to have visited in my lifetime. Most importantly, their pizza is consistently good, they're generous with their toppings and cheese and will continue to order from here.
Dropping in tonight at 9pm, walked in a guy busy looking at his phone says hi what do you want. I say small Margherita pizza. He turns and says to his co-worker what I ordered while still looking at his phone. She comes to the order take my order. Now this is a small pizza, I normally can only eat half of a small pizza at other places but had not trouble finishing this SMALL pizza that was too salty and was only sliced in four.
We have tried the food here on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, Toppers struggles to meet basic levels of quality sometimes. We have had orders that were amazing, with no competition. We have also had many of our orders arrive cold and/or undercooked. We have taken these complaints to the head office, because we love the taste that Toppers offers. We have been given countless discounts, but still the problems persist. We told them we want to spend our money here, not receive free food. I'm not sure if it's a staffing problem, and if it is, why they are having said problem. If this location could offer consistent high quality products I would easily change my review to 5 stars.
Called during my lunch to order my usual med 3toppings for 10 as per the web site. Customer service talked to me like I was a child that didn’t know what I was talking about, like I couldn’t read. After sending them the picture that I screenshot the manager text me back saying they made a mistake and forgot to take down the expired offer. Had the nerve to offer me the deal 3 hours after lunch was over. I will never order from them again, I grew up on Toppers being from Sudbury and it’s a shame it’s gone to the dogs!!!
First time ordering toppers. We ordered cheesy bread, pop, dip, and wings. First, the driver went to the wrong house. That was fine. But once we went inside to eat, we noticed that didn't get our drinks or dipping sauce. We were a bit disappointed but it happens. Once I we saw the chicken wings, we were SO disappointed. They were tiny!! Can't believe I paid 8.99 for 10 of them. We ordered mild wings and the sauce it came with was SUPER spicy. The only good part about the experience was the bread. But we will still never order from them again.
