Placed an order for three pizzas, they severely undercooked the cheese only pizza, which caused my girlfriend to get sick and vomit. It gets better. I tried calling to ask for a credit, which I am rightfully owed as service was not appropriately provided. The worker asks me to bring back the pizza for them to then replace it. That sounds like a superb plan. I was told that the manager or the assistant manager would give me a call in order to sort it. I received no call. I phoned back, but no manager not an assistant manager. I was told they would call back, but again nope. Tried today, but was told that they would leave a note. These people are disgusting.

Manager is great. Food is meh
I stopped in after a very long and crappy day a few days ago for something easy for dinner and I was blown away. Paul, the manager, was SO friendly and helpful, the sweet and spicy wing sauce was delicious, the house dip is the best I have had in a long time, the crust is probably the only pizza crust I have ever had that I enjoyed on its own. All around amazing, I will definitely be back. Worth every penny.
This is the third time that I've ordered from Topper's in Brantford. Unfortunately I like their pizza, however, that being said will never order anything from there again! They seem to only have one delivery person and the best way to describe this person is nothing short of SURLY! Every single time I order a can of pop it's the wrong one. Every single time I order from there period it's ALWAYS LATE! Not by 5 or 10 minutes but this time it was more than a half hour late. By the time it got here is was cold. So cold pizza, the wrong pop (I had ordered Diet and it was Regular - which I cannot drink) and late, surly, attitude laden, miserable delivery service. For the price you pay for their pizza you'd think they'd try better.
Honestly, this place has very good pizza, but they really do need to train their staff better. If your job is to take orders, you should be aware of what is on the menu. Probably shouldn't have bothered going back after they refused to hand over the pizza which I had paid for, but my wife had ordered. I mean seriously, how many people go into pizza places with the correct name and knowing the correct items ordered?
Very disappointed! They took the bacon grilled cheese pizza off the menu and replaced it with a pickle pizza. Even the staff said the bacon grilled cheese was popular and couldn't understand why it was taken off the menu! Too bad, they've lost a customer.
I ORDERED A PIZZA ST 5 PM AND DIDNT GET HERE UNTIL 7 PM I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN THE SERVICE WAS PATHETIC. THE PERSON ON THE PHONE DID NOT SEEM TO CARE I WAITED 2 HOURS NEVER AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PUZZA PLACE
