Justin was very personable when quoting our job, but we were very disappointed by the lack of professionalism when his crew came to perform the work - joking around (when up in the tree), spitting down to the ground and actually breaking our string lights and not having the courtesy to inform us. When we found out, I called him and he said he would come back and clean up another small tree to make up for our bad experience - never showed. Very disappointing.

Top Notch is top notch. We needed three stumps and a dead tree removed as soon as possible. The job was done next day, with great clean-up. Shortly afterwards, Justin planted two trees for us.
