I recently visited the store and purchased brand new appliances. The whole process was excellent. The sales staff are knowledgeable, they listened to what I needed and they provided me with good recommendations. I was able to purchase everything I needed within my budget. Prices and service are both great! They also have furniture which I did not know until I walked into the store.

I usually don't like to leave negative comments and support local as much as I can, however after seeing this its hard to understand how this company looks after its customers. Blaming the dents on the customer and calling them a lier over trying to dig into the situation and find a middle ground baffles me. The customer is left to blame and stuck with a brand new dented fridge and called a lier on the way out. Couldn't even show up with the right tools to deliver the fridge in the house to add. Beware before you shop here, to me customer service should still be priority number 1. Response from owner "ended up in a trap" Is that the best solution to this? Did you guys not come a day late as well with zero communication? I can assure the last thing these customers would do is try to get a deal from you for a fridge. Why don't you try being honest? The way you replied to this review, how the situation was handled just goes to show how you really could care less about the customer after you get the sale. Thanks for the quick reply. So now I'm being told I'm falsely making a review. ..and another update Reviews are for others to read. You have the wrong customer as well. Who is Lee Anne? I think you've mixed up names or possibly have more then 1 dented fridge out there with a complaint. Maybe you should focus on fixing the problem for the customer vs challenging me on what happened. Photos show what the fridge looks like, facts are facts. You lack customer service, and I hope other customers read this and see how you respond. Would you prefer to have the actual customers name with the issue that you have on file. Or do you want to get all the facts and whole story before commenting on my post.? Have a great day.

We recently visited the Guelph store to purchase a gas stove and were provided with very good service and complete information about stove and its features. The product was delivered before time. We are very happy with the option they have for all products and the service.

Great service all around. Our sales rep was not pushy and made sure to listen to exactly what we wanted and what our budget was. Delivery was fast and went smoothly - they were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely purchase from them again!

I recently purchased a fridge from this company. Never again! I understand there can be complications and set backs and I’m ok with that, but being called a LIAR by Hassan when your fridge arrives damaged is where I draw the line. The fridge was apparently inspected at the store and rewrapped in plastic wrap. Perfect! But correct me if I’m wrong. Shouldn’t this have been done once it had reached its destination? Also, putting it back in the box before shipping might have also been a good idea. (Must be super protective plastic wrap!, just saying). Lastly, I don’t believe I am the only person with soft wood floors, or a 36” front door opening but if I am, that MUST have been the reason they didn’t have the proper equipment and weren’t comfortable putting it into my house. I like to support companies in the area and stay local. Unfortunately this companies lack of professionalism and respect for its customers is the reason I am writing this review. We still have the dented fridge as Hassan will only resolve the situation if we remove our review or our post on Facebook. These reviews would never have had to take place if he dealt with the situation upon our first phone call to notify of the damage to the fridge. In response to your response below. My wife is not Lee-Ann Hewitt and you should remember this from when you called her the day after delivery and tried to bribe her into removing her review on google and her Facebook posts and that if she did this you would work with us on a solution. So if we want to talk about facts, let’s talk about the above and how the wrapping was not taken off before your delivery guy left or any signing off on delivery.
