I am only giving one star because I am forced to give one star. This company is a joke. HORRID service. Extremely difficult to deal with and the Service Manager is rude. Their next day service is NOT next day service. They will gladly charge you extra but not deliver. I would recommend anyone wanting reasonable service to look elsewhere.

Been using this company for a while now. Great products from name brand to generic. Never had an issue with a toner cartridge not working. Great customer service too, I placed a order for two drums when I wanted two toner cartridges and got a phone call to confirm that I actually wanted two drums before anything was shipped and got a chance to correct the order and get what I wanted. These guys ship product across the country for less than I can buy locally and do it quickly. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for printer supplies.
Excellent service. We have an uncommon Lexmark printer and couldn't find toner for it anywhere. The lady who called contacted their supplier, got a quote, and processed the order quickly. Thanks and you'll hear back from us for all the other toners we need!
Toner Parts take great care of their clients. We are a small business and we all wear a lot of hats so when it comes to ordering toner the less you need to do the better and Toner Parts has staff that are well educated and very polite. They are always there to help answer any questions we might have or "translate" what we mean into what we really want. Providing suggestions for better options if they know they have them. Alex came over to our office to take a look at a printer issue. He was very honest and knowledgeable. Recommendations was in our best interest and not for him to charge an overprice. Would definitely recommend their service.
