Great staff but the shop is too small. I didn't feel comfortable trying out the instruments or just wandering around. It s cramped. I came to try out some electronic keyboards and the section is literally in the corridor going to the piano showroom. I guess compared to the 200k piano exposed in said showroom, that is where me and my little wallet belong :) Too bad because the location is practical (downtown vancouver) and once again, the staff is nice and knowledgeable. But I preferred to drive further to their concurrent. Sorry for that.

Definitely worthy of a stop. The piano section is amazing - very personable salesperson an if you are lucky you just might hear some amazing live music. There is a lot of band instruments, keyboards and sound monitoring systems.
The staff was very friendly and competent. The store was clean and there was a good variety of instruments to chose from. 10/10 would recommend
Great service by the team! I was looking for a specific guitar amp and Dray from the guitar section had it ordered and shipped from another store for my convenience. When I arrived, he took out the time to patiently answer all my questions and gave me a complete demo of the amp and all it's features, something I truly appreciated as a beginner.
