Very friendly and helpful staff. They were not pushy at all and didn't seem like they were just trying to sell me the most expensive item, instead I got exactly the setup I needed for a good price.
I have been to this location before and have bought a few things but today seemed above average. I was helped out exceptionally by I believe her name was Kelly. She knew exactly what I was looking for and was knowledgeable about anything I asked about.
Found exactly what we were looking for when other music stores did not even carry one. Thank you to the kind staff at Tom Lee, for selling us our child’s combo kit and for the exceptional service that you provided! Your employee answered all of our questions and was thorough and efficient in processing our purchase. We appreciate that this store regulates how many customers are allowed in at once, wears masks thus keeping their clients safe and happy. We will only go to this location for future music purchases!
