Big smile, happy employee who was genuinely interested in providing advice, guidance and mobile support. In addition to addressing my concerns and current plan, she checked my file history without prompting and found a cost saving feature for me to enjoy. Had such a great experience, the store was locked down for Covid and had such good measures in place for social distancing and minimizing transmission risks. Alina helped me out and she made my visit easy and relaxing, answered all the questions I had about transferring my phones and even helped me out with reviewing my plan and making sure it suited me best. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area to visit and worth the drive even if your not!
