I must tell you that Bobbie is truly a miracle worker. Her skills with getting you what you want done for the best deal possible as well as her excellent customer service skills go well above and beyond any service I have had in years. I honestly thought customer service was a thing of the past but Bobbie restored my faith. Thank you and I will be back to deal with you even thou I live in Squamish.

Bobbie,was excellent,very knowledgeable and friendly. This is wonderful for someone like myself who is not very tech savvy! She spent probably an hour with me and was very patient with me while she was showing me how to work my new phone. A great employee and an asset to Telus for sure! Bobbie was very helpful. I was frustrated with Koodo as they stopped sending paper bills. Bobbie let me know due to the current situation they have discontinued paper billing. When she looked in my account to print off a bill she let me know Telus is offering paper billing again. She was able to lower my plan on Telus and get me on with paper billing. She had made my life easy as I have a flip phone and do not use the computers. She is very kind and patient with me. This is why I always come to this store. They are always willing to help and go above and beyond. She was fantastic. Forever a customer!
